By accessing this website or engaging ORM Geek's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services. These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and clients.
ORM Geek provides online reputation management services including but not limited to search result suppression, AI reputation management, review management, Wikipedia and Knowledge Panel management, crisis management, and reputation monitoring ("Services").
The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timeline for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal ("Engagement Agreement") provided to each client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement prevails.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Online reputation management involves third-party platforms — including Google, Wikipedia, review sites and AI systems — over which we have no direct control. While we use proven, white-hat methodologies and will provide honest assessments of what is achievable before any engagement begins, we cannot guarantee specific search positions, AI platform outputs, review ratings, or any other measurable outcome.
Our obligation is to provide skilled, diligent professional services in accordance with agreed scope and timelines. We will report honestly on progress and adjust our approach where needed.
You agree to:
Fees are set out in the relevant Engagement Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
Retainer engagements require an initial 3-month commitment. After the initial period, engagements continue on a rolling monthly basis and may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate an engagement immediately if:
On termination, you remain liable for fees due up to the termination date. We will provide a final report within 14 days of termination.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed in connection with the engagement. We will not reference, discuss or disclose your engagement — even anonymously — without your prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
Where a mutual non-disclosure agreement ("NDA") has been executed, its terms supplement and take precedence over this clause.
Content we create as part of your engagement (articles, profiles, strategy documents) becomes your property upon full payment of the relevant fees. Our methodologies, processes, templates and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORM Geek, its directors, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms; your provision of false or misleading information; or your use of the Services in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that damages our reputation. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
We make no warranty that this website will be continuously available or error-free. We may modify or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Your Engagement Agreement terms are not affected by updates to these general Terms without your written agreement.
